Put Customers First and Always

I saw this great post on Twitter and needed to share! BrandPilgram.com does a great job of showing the consumer process and how today’s consumer has evolved into social media gurus who now drive conversations about companies’ brands. This all goes back to the philosophy that we need to put the customer at the center of all strategies and tactics. If we bring value to our consumers and customers, we are able to make a meaningful impact across the business. Gone are the days where we can talk to our audiences.
